A system designed for convenience

R3 Online is clear, concise and is built for convenience. The database is held centrally, which means it can be accessed in multiple locations but the integrity of the data is maintained. Because the application is hosted externally, the data is secure and backed-up in case of an emergency.

The AIMS addition to R3-Online enhances the system in several key ways:

2. New batch processing direct from the loading bay.
3. Point and shoot product status updates: Received, Tested, In Stock.

A system designed for smoother administration

R3 Online simplifies the process of administration for all users.  Whether a van driver is printing delivery sheets or a store operator is inputting customer information, all administration is handled through the system, which reduces manual paperwork and waste.

R3 Online has a sophisticated reporting function, currently producing 11 reports with the opportunity to build upon this. Not only are these reports based on collection and delivery information, but there is also invaluable reporting inline with government legislation. Latest Updates

  • Workshop functionality – allowing organisations to record (including cost and time) and report on the work which has been done (e.g. replacing of parts, testing etc.) on any items collected.
  • Ability to upload documentation against workshop items.
  • Separate stock control levels for an organisation’s separate locations/departments.
  • System now supports institutional suppliers of goods, allowing collections to be booked against these suppliers.
  • Van cost reporting now supports recording direct revenue generation against a van, e.g. for non-booked in services.
  • Ability to sell services (e.g. installation, maintenance, repairs outside of warranty etc.) as well as products.
  • Ability to differentiate between different makes/models of a product.
